If I barely press on the brake pedal, the car stops too fast.
Possible cause: A sliding part on the brake is sticking and isn’t responding properly. The brakes are not responding. When I press down, the car doesn’t slow down like it did. Air in the brake lines could be an issue. Fix, find any leaks, broken parts, then bleed out the air in the brake lines. When I press on the brake, the peddle goes almost to the floor, or a lot lower on the peddle than it did before. When this happens, the brake fluid either has a lot of air in it or has run out.
Threat level: Urgent/ Important. This is a serious matter not to drive on.
Recommendation: Have us, or someone look at it today.
