Tune Ups

When do you need a tune up? In older cars, a tune-up was needed every 30,000-45,000 miles. Most newer cars can drive without a tune-up much longer. A major tune-up is usually recommended if a car starts running poorly, or when your spark plugs are due for replacement according to the manufacturer maintenance schedule. Our tune up includes: replacement of spark plugs (spark plug wires if needed), clean the throttle body, replace the air and fuel filters, and top off all fluids. Tune ups are a good way to keep your car running at is optimal performance and make sure you are getting the best MPG fuel economy that you can out of your vehicle. If your car is experiencing a misfire (indicated by a flashing check engine light) a tune up may be able to fix this issue.
